I bought this camera more than three years ago and I regularly still use it nowadays. The images shot in RAW are of an amazing quality if there is good and sufficient light. No need for more pixels, although I also use a 8 Mp (Canon 350D). With its swivelling LCD screen you can take pictures and macros from almost impossible positions. But it's slow and a bit noisy at 100 ISO and more; those are the most important drawbacks.
